Eastman, R.A., Frank Samuel(British 1878-1964)
Born in London in 1878, Frank Samuel Eastman studied at the Croydon School of Art and the Royal Academy Schools. He exhibited with the Royal Academy of Arts in London from 1902-1940. His primary subject matter was portraiture, landscapes and figurative work. His wife Maud and daughter Edith were also artists.
The portrait of Mrs. Philip Berney Ficklin was exhibited with the Royal Academy of Arts at Tedworth Studio, Smith Terrace, Chelsea, S.W. in 1905.
