Mulligan, Charles James(Irish/American, 1866-1916)
One of the original members of the Eagle’s Nest Art Colony, sculptor Charles James Mulligan studied at the Art Institute of Chicago with Lorado Taft and with Falguiere at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts. He served as a member of the Chicago Society of Artists and the Palette and Chisel Club, and instructed and exhibited regularly at the Art Institute of Chicago.
